Description

Our mission is to provide integrative wellness resources for individuals to begin and continue their wellness journey-focusing on integration of mind, body & spirit balance into our clients everyday living.

Zardus Art of Massage & Wellness Spa is located at 1 Lincoln Avenue in Gardiner, Maine facing the Gardiner Commons. The spa is owned and operated by licensed massage therapist, Teresa Zardus. The 24 room Tudor inspired building, constructed in 1931, boasts beautiful oak woodwork and wood floors throughout its three levels. The spa encompasses the fine art of mind and body relaxation through contemporary and alternative solutions, which include a variety of modalities, based on your wellness needs. Our facility not only provides services as a therapeutic and relaxation massage center, but also drives community involvement through wellness, nutrition, health, and alternative healing classes - our services, workshops, and programs will support the journey into a sustainable wellness lifestyle.
We offer a space of quiet rejuvenation with supportive services in positive lifestyle coaching, massage, energy work, shamanic healing, Rolfing therapy, Fascia Resonance Method healing, skin care health and more. In addition, our School of Massage program incorporates workshops for the general community, as well as focused education programs for students interested in becoming licensed massage therapists and bodyworkers. Zardus – School of Massage is the only massage school in the state of Maine with a State Approved Reflexology Certification program and onsite internships following graduation and state licensing.
